Dear Friends, I posted this on 12 May 2021, but it concerns the Russian parliamentary elections of this summer. I hope I am wrong, but the military maneuvers in Belarus followed immediately by elections in Russia has me concerned. If I were making plans for the Biden-Putin summit, I would have this scenario in mind. TS
